The premium price per share has been wrongly mentioned in the Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021) as NA as against 35.
You are requested to consider the attached revised Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021) for record purposes.
