Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors held Board Meeting today on 1[st] June 2023 at 04:45 pm IST and appointed Mr. Bharat Salhotra (DIN: 06388440) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) on the Board of the Company. The meeting was then concluded at 05:15 p.m. IST.

In compliance with SEBI Letter dated June 14, 2018 and BSE Circular LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018, we wish to confirm that Mr. Bharat Salhotra (DIN: 06388440) has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other Authority.
