With reference to captioned subject, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform the exchanges that Mrs. Harneetkaur Anand (ACS 33014) has conveyed her decision to resign from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 4[th] December 2023, due to her personal reasons. She will continue to discharge her duties as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, until the close of business hours on Saturday, 3[rd] February 2024 to facilitate smooth transition. Detailed information as required under Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 in respect of aforesaid resignation are given in ‘Annexure A’ to this letter.
