Board of directors of the Company held its meeting on 9[th] September 2021 appointed Mr. Bhavin Kariya, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as Business In charge also as a measure to ensure swift running of business in view of sudden demise of Mr. Utkarsh Pundlik.
