Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on June 8, 2020 has, subject to approval of members in the ensuing 38[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM), approved the appointment of M/s. C N K & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants (Registration No. 101961W/W100036) as the Statutory Auditor of the Company for a period of 5 years from the conclusion of the 38[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company, in place of M/s. K. C. Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants, (Firm’s Registration No. 106237W) who retire consequent to the completion of their tenure as the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The details, as required under the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, are as under:
