Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the “Listing Regulations”), the Register of Members and the 2024 Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, July 11, 2024 to Wednesday, July 17, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 42[nd] Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conference (“VC”) / Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”).
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations, the Company has fixed Wednesday, July 10, 2024 as the cut-off date to enable Shareholders to exercise their right of remote e-voting during the e-voting period or to attend and vote during the AGM in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities Exchange Board of India.
