Rettifica della relazione illustrativa del consiglio di amministrazione sui punti all'ordine del giorno dell'assemblea ordinaria e straordinaria degli azionisti convocata per il giorno 9 dicembre 2024
Sant'Agata Feltria (Rimini), 13 Novembre 2024– Indel B S.p.A. rende noto che in data odierna ha provveduto alla pubblicazione di una nuova versione della Relazione Illustrativa del Consiglio di Amministrazione sui punti all'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea Ordinaria e Straordinaria degli Azionisti convocata per il giorno 9 dicembre 2024 (la "Relazione Rettificata"), che rettifica la Relazione Illustrativa pubblicata in data 8 novembre 2024 per quanto riguarda la proposta di modifica dell'articolo 12.5 dello statuto sociale della Società, recependo l'indicazione di Consob di aggiungere, nella tabella comparativa delle proposte di modifica statutaria all'articolo 12.5, l'inciso "Ove consentito dalle disposizioni, anche regolamentari, pro tempore vigenti".
La Relazione Rettificata è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale e sul sito internet della Società (www.indelbgroup.com), nella sezione "Governance - Assemblea Azionisti", nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio, autorizzato da Consob ().

Amendment to the Illustrative Report of the Board of Directors on items on the agenda of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for December 9, 2024
Sant'Agata Feltria (Rimini), November 13, 2024- Indel B S.p.A. hereby announces that it has today published a new version of the Illustrative Report of the Board of Directors on the items on the agenda of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting convened for December 9, 2024 (the " Amended Report"), which amends the Illustrative Report published on November 8, 2024 with regard to the proposed amendment to Article 12. 5 of the Company's Articles of Association, incorporating Consob's indication to add, in the comparative table of proposed amendments to Article 12.5 of the Articles of Association, the phrase "Ove consentito dalle disposizioni, anche regolamentari, pro tempore vigenti".
The Amended Report is available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the Company's website (www.indelbgroup.com), in the "Governance - Shareholders' Meeting" section, as well as at the storage mechanism, authorized by Consob ().
