Sant'Agata Feltria (Rimini) 24 Aprile 2026 Indel B S.p.A. – società quotata all'EXM di Borsa Italiana, a capo di un gruppo attivo nella produzione di sistemi di refrigerazione per il mobile e mobile living per i mercati automotive, hospitality e leisure time (nautica da diporto e recreational vehicles), – rende noto che in data odierna sono stati depositati: la relazione finanziaria annuale per l'esercizio 2025 (progetto di bilancio di esercizio, bilancio consolidato, relazione sulla gestione, inclusiva della rendicontazione consolidata di sostenibilità al 31 dicembre 2025, redatta ai sensi del D. Lgs. n. 125/2024, in attuazione della Direttiva (UE) 2022/2464), unitamente alla relazione del Collegio Sindacale e alle relazioni delle Società di Revisione.
Tali documenti sono disponibili presso la sede sociale, presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato da Consob " Storage" () e sono consultabili sul sito internet della Società (www.indelbgroup.com) alla sezione "Investor Relations/Bilancio e Relazioni".

Indel B S.p.A. è a capo di un importante Gruppo operante a livello mondiale e attivo da 50 anni nel settore della refrigerazione mobile applicabile per i comparti "Automotive", "Leisure time" e nel settore della refrigerazione nel comparto "Hospitality". RELEASE OF ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING ON MAY 25, 2026
Sant'Agata Feltria (Rimini), 24 April 2026 – Indel B S.p.A. - a company listed on the Borsa Italiana EXM and parent company of a group that operates in the manufacture of cooling systems for mobile and mobile living for the automotive, hospitality and leisure time markets (pleasure boats and recreational vehicles), - hereby announce that today were filed: The Annual Financial Report for FY 2025 (the draft financial statements for the year, the consolidated financial statements, the management report, including the consolidated sustainability report as at 31 December 2025, prepared pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 125/2024, implementing Directive (EU) 2022/2464), together with the report of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the reports of the Independent Auditors.
These documents are available at the company's registered office, at the Consob authorized storage mechanism " Storage" () and at the company's website (www.indelbgroup.com) at the section "Investor Relations/Financial Reports".
Financial statements and/or summary tables of the subsidiaries and associated companies of Indel B S.p.A., in compliance with the provisions of art. 2429 of the Civil Code are available to the public at the registered office.
