VARIAZIONE CALENDARIO DEGLI EVENTI SOCIETARI DI IMMSI S.P.A. ai sensi dell'articolo 2.6.2, comma 1, lettera b) del Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

La società Immsi S.p.A. comunica che, a parziale modifica del calendario degli eventi societari, il Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione del Resoconto intermedio di gestione al 30 settembre 2016, avrà luogo il giorno 14 novembre 2016, anziché il giorno 11 novembre 2016.

CHANGE IN IMMSI S.P.A. FINANCIAL EVENTS CALENDAR in accordance with article 2.6.2, paragraph 1, letter b) of Rules of the markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

With reference to the calendar of Immsi S.p.A. financial events, we inform that the approval of interim management statements as at september 30, 2016 by the Board of Directors will be on november 14, 2016 instead of november 11, 2016 as previously communicated.
