NOTICE OF UPDATE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
Mantua, 9 March 2021 – Immsi S.p.A. announces that the updated Articles of Association of the Company, approved by the Board of Directors Meeting on the 4 March 2021 and the munutes of the Board of Directors Meeting held on the 4 March 2021 are available at the Company's registered office in Mantua, in the "eMarket STORAGE" authorised storage mechanism at and on the issuer's website www.immsi.it (section "Governance/Articles of Association").
The Articles of Association changes concern articles 17 and 25.
