FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR 2017

Mantua, January 30, 2017 - Immsi S.p.A. announces the dates for the examination of the financial results of the Company by the Board of Directors and the Shareholders' Meeting:

Shareholders' Meeting Approval of financial statements as at December 31, 2016	April 28, 2017 – First call May 12, 2017 – Second call
Board of Directors Approval of interim management statements as at March 31, 2017	May 12, 2017
Board of Directors Approval of half-yearly financial report as at June 30, 2017	September 01, 2017
Board of Directors Approval of interim management statements as at September 30, 2017	November 10, 2017

In order to guarantee the continuity and regularity of information for the financial community, the company decided to continue publishing quarterly disclosures, on a voluntary basis, and to adopt the communication policy as from 2017 and until further notice as explained in the press release dated 21 December 2016.

Any amendments to the above calendar will be notified to the market.
