GRUPPO IMMSI: ADOZIONE MODELLO DI AMMINISTRAZIONE E CONTROLLO MONISTICO
Mantova, 2 Maggio 2024 – Immsi S.p.A. rende noto che, in data odierna, è stata iscritta presso il Registro delle Imprese di Mantova la delibera dell'Assemblea straordinaria della Società tenutasi in data 29 aprile 2024 che ha approvato modifiche allo Statuto sociale in relazione, tra l'altro, all'adozione del modello di amministrazione e controllo c.d. monistico; pertanto, la delibera di cui al 4 punto all'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea ordinaria sulla nomina del Consiglio di Amministrazione assume efficacia dalla data odierna. Il testo aggiornato dello Statuto sociale è disponibile presso la sede sociale in Mantova, sul sito istituzionale della Società www.immsi.it, nonché presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage" consultabile al sito .

IMMSI GROUP: MONISTIC ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL MODEL
Mantua, 2nd May 2024 – Immsi S.p.A. announces that, today, the resolution of the extraordinary meeting of the Company held on 29th April 2024 which approved amendments to the Articles of Association in relation, among other things, to the adoption of the so-called administration and control model monistic, was registered at Mantua Company Register; therefore, the resolution referred to point 4 on the agenda of the ordinary meeting regarding the appointment of the Board of Directors becomes effective from today. The updated text of the Articles of Association is available at the registered office in Mantua, on the Company's institutional website www.immsi.it, as well as on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" which can be consulted on the website .
