Hunter Group ASA - Memorandum of Agreement

Oslo, 23 February 2021

Hunter Tankers AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hunter Group ASA, has signed a

Memorandum of Agreement for the sale of it's oldest vessel, Hunter Atla (2019

blt), for USD 84.5m to a Eurasian buyer. The vessel is expected to be delivered

to its new owner during March.
