Biographies of Proposed New Board Members

Anders Åkerstrøm is the Owner of Solaris AS, an independent investment company and one of the largest shareholders of Hunter Group ASA.

He is a Partner at Oslo Shipbrokers AS specialized in Sale and Purchase, Newbuildings, Finance and Projects.

Anders holds a BSc in Business Administration from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas and a double MBA from the City University of Hong Kong and the University of Newcastle.

Anders is a Norwegian Citizen and resides in Norway.

Hege Hellström Henriksen is a dually qualified Norwegian Advokat and English Solicitor with extensive experience from both private practice and in-house roles.

She has significant international experience across maritime and shipping law, oil services, renewable energy and technology-driven industries, including cross-border transactions, international commercial matters, litigation and dispute resolution, financing and M&A.

Hege is a Norwegian Citizen and resides in Norway
