Report on payments to authorities regarding extraction operations

This report is prepared in accordance with 'Lag om rapportering av betalningar till myndigheter (2015:812)' and refers to the financial year 2020. Holmen AB submits this report as there are companies within the Holmen Group operating in the extractive industry. The report contains information from business area Renewable Energy where mining of gravel is conducted and from business area Forest where mining of peat is conducted.

Payments below SEK 860 000 have not been included in the report in accordance with section 6 of the above-mentioned law. Reporting of payments per project is not stated since the obligation to pay has in all cases arisen at the company level.

Income tax amounts to SEK 4.2 million and relates to payments to the Swedish Tax Agency.
