2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA (19 September 2025): Hexima Limited (ASX:HXL) advises that its 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held mid-late November 2025, with details to be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be released to the ASX in October 2025.

Hexima further advises that nominations from persons seeking to be considered for election as a director of the Company are required to be received by the Company Secretary of the Company by 5.00pm AEST on 26 September 2025.
