The Company will be making a capital reduction resulting in 3 of every 4 shares held being cancelled (subject to rounding). This form is lodged at ASX's direction in connection with the cancelation of shares (with calculation and details as if shares werre being consolidated). Unlisted options will be reconstructed on the basis of the cancellation and adjustment of the exercise price. The Company's shares are suspended and references to deferred settlement and/or trading are included for ASX's timetable purposes only.
