Exercise of Options

2nd of June 2026

Henrik Danielsen, a former board member, has exercised 1.350.000 options at NOK 0.4452 per share for a total cash contribution of NOK 601,020 to Lokotech Group AS.

Kjetil Westeng, a former board member, has exercised his remaining 425.000 options at NOK 0.4452 per share for a total cash contribution of NOK 189,210 to Lokotech Group AS.

The exercised options represent all of the "repair options" granted on 24th of June 2025 in accordance with the company's share option program.

The company will issue a new notice once the share capital increase has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
