多晶與單晶 wafer 的競爭

 單晶與多晶最大的成本差異來自於 wafer 的治工費  以目前效率 單晶 19.9%/ 多晶 , 18.4%(∆=1.5%), 當成本差 <$0.15/pcs ($0.03/Wp), 單晶具強烈優勢 更何況目前售價差 ( ~$0.1/pcs)

2017年國碩展望

• 1)2016年底矽料長約結束,矽原料成本將貼近現貨價格

• 2)現有砂漿切片設備將逐漸改成鑽石切片,切片成本大幅 下降

• 3)領先進入”黑矽片制絨”技術,效率大幅提升.

• 4)Ribbon預期會受惠於國內市場而成長可期.
