Gas Plus S.p.A.: 2017 financial calendar
Milan, 30 January 2017 – Gas Plus S.p.A., in accordance with Article 2.6.2, Paragraph 1, letter b) of the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A."), informs about the 2017 financial calendar:
- 28 March: Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2016
- 3 May: Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at 31 December 2016 (sole call)
- 3 August: Board of Directors' Meeting for the approval of the half-yearly report as at 30 June 2017
Conference calls for the presentation of the accounting data to the financial community will be held afterwards the above mentioned Board of Directors' meetings. Any amendment to the above calendar will be promptly disclosed.

Gas Plus is the fourth largest producer of natural gas (as estimated by the Authority for Electricity, Gas and Water System, AEEGSI) after Eni, Edison and Shell Italia E&P. It is active in the main sectors of the industry of natural gas, particularly in the exploration, production, purchase, distribution and sale to retail customers. At 31 December 2015, the Group has 48 exploitation concessions located throughout the Italian territory, wholesale markets about 310 million cubic meter of natural gas in 2015, manages a total of approximately 1,500 kilometres of distribution network located in 37 Municipalities, serves a total of more than 75,000 end users, with a staff of 187 employees.
