The notice is in respect of a change in the registered holder of 167,939,739 ordinary shares held indirectly by Mr Simon Clausen from Startive Holdings Limited to HSBC Custody Nominees (Australia) Limited.

For the avoidance of doubt, NO shares have been acquired or disposed of directly or indirectly by Mr Clausen and his beneficial holdings in Freelancer shares remain unchanged.
