FREELANCER LIMITED (ASX:FLN) : NOTICE UNDER ASX LISTING RULE 3.10A

As at the date of the initial public offering of Freelancer Limited (ASX:FLN) ( Freelancer or the Company ), the Company’s directors ( Directors ) entered into voluntary escrow arrangements under which they undertook not to dispose of any interest in or to grant any security over any of the 380,051,977 ordinary shares held directly or indirectly by them at the time for a period of 12 months ( Escrowed Shares ).

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, the Company hereby gives notice that the Escrowed Shares which are held directly and indirectly by the Directors of the Company and which are subject to voluntary escrow arrangements will be released from escrow on 15 November 2014.
