Avenant au contrat d'émission obligataire du 5 juin 2012

Paris, le 30 avril 2019. Foncière Volta et Foncière Vindi ont signé un Avenant pour la prolongation du contrat obligataire émis le 5 juin 2012.

Cet avenant prévoit :

de reporter d'1 an l'échéance de l'emprunt obligataire (soit jusqu'au 13 juin 2020) ;
un remboursement anticipé de l'emprunt en cas de réalisation de la vente de l'actif immobilier situé à Saint Ouen (93) détenu par Foncière Volta. Foncière Volta a annoncé le 18 février 2019 la signature d'une promesse de vente sur cet actif.
