Company Description

Foncière Volta is a real estate company listed on Euronext in Paris (compartment C), having benefited in March 2008 from the contribution of WGS, Criquet and Saint Martin.

As at 31 December 2017, its assets were valued by independent experts at more than €130 million, mainly distributed between the French overseas departments, Paris and the Paris region.

Foncière Volta's strategy is to build up a real estate portfolio that ensures recurring cash flow, a high return and the ongoing search for new investment opportunities based on the existing portfolio.
