In connection with the voted bonus issue referred to in Resolution No.3 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of FON SE of January 2, 2025, the Management Board of FON SE in relation to the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council ( EU) 2017/1129 of 14 June 2017 on the prospectus to be published, in the case of a public offering of securities or admission to trading on a regulated market and repealing Directive 2003/71 EC, the Company provides the Information Document referred to in art. 1 point 5 sec. g) REGULATION (EU) 2017/1129 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL.
