Szanowni Państwo,

W związku z faktem, iż w dniu 30.11.2018 roku dokonała się rejestracja zmiany statutowej siedziby Spółki FON SE oraz w dniu 29.04.2019 roku Nadzwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy podjęło uchwałę dotyczącą zmiany roku obrotowego, Zarząd podjął decyzję o opublikowaniu śródrocznego raportu finansowego, który prezentuje dane finansowe Spółki za okres od 01.01.2018 roku do 30.11.2018 roku. Kolejny śródroczny raport będzie prezentował wyniki osiągnięte w okresie 4 miesięcy tj. od 01.12.2018 roku do 31.03.2019 roku.

W ocenie Zarządu, taka prezentacja danych przedstawi rzetelny i przejrzysty obraz sytuacji finansowej i majątkowej Spółki.

Dear Sirs,Regarding the fact that on 30/11/2018 there was registered ^a change of registered address of FON SE as well as because of the fact that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 29/04/2019 adopted a resolution concerning change of the Company's financial year, the Management Board made a decision to publicize the interim financial report presenting financial data of the Company for the period from 01/01/2018 to 30/11/2018. The next interim financial report will present the Company's results obtained within 4 months, i.e. within the period from 01/12/2018 to 31/03/2019.

In the Management Board's opinion, data disclosed in this way, present fair and clear view of financial and property situation of the Company.
