Jako akcjonariusz spółki FON SE z siedzibą w Narva mnt 5, 10117 Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa zarejestrowanej w Estońskim Rejestrze Handlowym pod numerem 14617916 (dalej: FON lub Spółka), niniejszym w wykonaniu obowiązku określonego w § 185 Estońskiej ustawy o rynku papierów wartościowych zawiadamiam o:

Bezpośrednim zwiększeniu stanu posiadania akcji FON SE z siedzibą w Tallinnie, zarejestrowanej w Estońskim Rejestrze Handlowym pod numerem 14617916 (dalej: FON lub Spółka)

Zawiadamiająca informuje, iż w dniu 02.05.2019 r. w wyniku transakcji zawartych na rynku regulowanym dokonała nabycia 116.737 sztuk akcji Spółki, co stanowi 0,166 % udziału w kapitale zakładowym Spółki oraz uprawnia do oddania 116.737 głosów, stanowiących 0,166 % udziału w ogólnej liczbie głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki.

Zawiadamiająca informuje, że przed transakcją opisaną powyżej, tj. na dzień 01.05.2019 r. zawiadamiająca posiadała bezpośrednio 23.333.263 sztuk akcji Spółki, co stanowiło 33,33 % udziału w kapitale zakładowym Spółki oraz uprawniało do oddania 23.333.263 głosów, stanowiących 33,33 % udziału w ogólnej liczbie głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki.

Zawiadamiająca informuje, że po transakcji opisanej powyżej, tj. na dzień 02.05.2019 r. bezpośrednio posiada 23.450.000 akcji Spółki, co stanowi 33,5 % udziału w kapitale zakładowym Spółki oraz uprawnia do oddania 23.450.000 głosów, stanowiących 33,5 % udziału w ogólnej liczbie głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki.

Ponadto Zawiadamiająca informuje, że żadne podmioty od niej zależne nie posiadają akcji Spółki oraz, że Zawiadamiająca nie zawierała żadnych porozumień ani umów, których przedmiotem byłoby przekazanie uprawnienia do wykonywania prawa głosu.

As a shareholder of FON SE headquartered in Narva mnt 5, 10117 Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa registered in the Estonian Commercial Register under number 14617916 (hereinafter FON or Company), hereby fulfilling the obligation set out in § 185 of the Estonian Securities Act I inform about:

Direct decrease in ownership of FON SE shares headquartered in Tallinn, registered in the Estonian Commercial Register under number 14617916 (hereinafter: FON or Company)

PATRO INVEST OÜ informs that on 02/05/2019, as a result of transactions concluded an regulated market, buy 116.737 shares of the Company, which constitute 0,166% of the Company's share capital and entitle to 116.737 votes, constituting 0,166% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

PATRO INVEST OÜ informs that prior to the transaction described above, on 02/05/2019, the PATRO INVEST OÜ had directly 23.333.263 shares of the Company, which constitute 33.33% of the Company's share capital and entitle to 23.333.263 votes, constituting 33,33% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

PATRO INVEST OÜ informs that after the transaction described above, ie. on 02/05/2019, it directly holds 23.450.000 shares of the Company, which constitute 33.5% of the Company's share capital and entitle to 23.450.000 votes, constituting 33.5 % of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

In addition, PATRO INVEST OÜ informs that no subsidiaries hold shares of the Company and that the PATRO INVEST OÜ did not conclude any understandings or agreements whose subject matter would be the transfer of the right to exercise the voting right.
