Zarząd FON SE z siedzibą w Tallinnie informuje, że w wykonaniu obowiązku określonego w § 185 Estońskiej ustawy o rynku papierów wartościowych do Spółki wpłynęły zawiadomienia z dnia 02.05.2019r. spółki Patro Invest OÜ w sprawie bezpośredniej zmiany stanu posiadania akcji Emitenta oraz Pana Damiana Patrowicz w sprawie pośredniej zmiany stanu posiadania akcji FON SE.

The Management Board of FON SE hereby informs that pursuant to the obligation set out in § 185 of the Estonian Securities Market Act, on 02/05/2019 the Company received a notification of Patro Invest OÜ regarding direct change in ownership of the Issuer's shares and a notification of Mr Damian Patrowicz regarding indirect change in ownership of shares of FON SE.
