The Board of Directors of FIMBank p.l.c. is scheduled to meet on 12 March 2012 to:

I. consider and approve the Group's and the Bank's Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2011; and
II. consider the declaration of a dividend, if any, to be recommended to the Annual General Meeting of shareholders.
