The Board of Directors of FIMBank is scheduled to meet on 13 March 2018 to:

• I. consider and approve the Group's and the Bank's Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2017; and
• II. consider the declaration of dividend, if any, to be recommended to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
