Further to Company Announcement FIM300, relating to the appointment of Ms. Claire Imam Thompson as a non-Executive Director of FIMBank, subject to regulatory approval FIMBank announces that, regulatory approval has now been obtained for the appointment of Ms. Claire Imam Thompson, holder of British Passport No: 525512192, and residing at 204, Creighton Avenue, East Finchley, London, N2 9BJ, United Kingdom, as a non-Executive Director of FIMBank with effect from 23rd February 2021.

Ms. Imam Thompson currently holds the position of Executive Vice President Head of Global Trade, Enterprise Partnerships at Mastercard. In her role Ms. Imam Thompson leads the work with major financial players, logistics providers and technology companies to build digital, sustainable supply chains. By combining Mastercard's network and assets such as blockchain, open banking, data insights, leveraging the global funding and platform technology capabilities of her partners, she leads the co-creation of new digital solutions that address funding challenges, thereby creating more inclusive supply chains.

Ms. Imam Thompson has over 20 years financial services experience, her international career has been spent in leadership roles in Finance and Transaction Banking, across Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Mastercard, she held senior positions at Standard Chartered Bank in London and Singapore, Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN AMRO Bank.

Ms. Imam Thompson is an accountant by profession and also holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Studies which she obtained from the University of Bradford.

There are no matters concerning Ms. Claire Imam Thompson requiring disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
