Mr. Spencer Howard Gaunt, First Executive Vice President of FIMBank, holder of American Passport No. 488497861, and residing at 29 Manoel, St. George's Park, Qasam ta' San Gorg, St. Julian's STJ-3173, Malta has resigned from the post of Group Chief Operating Officer.

The Bank has expressed its appreciation and gratitude towards Mr. Gaunt for his service to the Bank.

There are no matters concerning Mr. Spencer Howard Gaunt that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 and 5.20.9.
