COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by FIMBank p.l.c. ("FIMBank" or the "Bank") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules 5.16.5.

Further to a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank on 10th March 2020, and following the expiration of his contract of employment, the Bank announces that it has accepted a request from Mr. Murali Subramanian to relinquish his position as Chief Executive Officer, with effect from 30th March 2020.

The Board of Directors has expressed its appreciation and gratitude towards Mr. Subramanian for his dedication and service to the Bank since August 2015.

The Board also resolved, upon the departure of Mr. Subramanian on 30th March, to appoint Mr. Adrian Alejandro Gostuski, who currently resides at Block 23, Penthouse 23101, Vjal Portomaso, STJ 4041, St Julian's Malta, to the position of Acting Chief Executive Officer. Mr Adrian Alejandro Gostuski will, subject to regulatory approval, take up his new position as from 30th March 2020.

There are no matters concerning Mr Adrian Alejandro Gostuski that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 and 5.20.9.
