Antonio Breggia Bicchiere New CFO of Fidia Group
Turin, November 29th 2019 – Fidia S.p.A., is a leading Group in numerical control devices and integrated systems technologies for the calculation, scanning and cutting of complex shapes and listed on the Star (MTA) segment of the Italian Stock Exchange. The company has announced that Dr Antonio Breggia Bicchiere, current Deputy General Manager of the Group, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, Financial Reporting Officer and Investor Relator of Fidia Group.
Dr Massimiliano Pagnone, current Chief Financial Officer, leaves the company to seize further professional opportunities.
Dr Antonio Breggia, as current Deputy General Manager of Fidia, has been working with the outgoing Chief Financial Officer to ensure continuity during the transition phase.
Antonio Breggia Bicchiere, born in 1960, graduated at Università Cattolica of Milan in Economics and Commerce, is a Statutory Auditor, a qualified Accountant and a USA Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.). Former FCAS Malaysia Penang Managing Director for FCA Services S.p.A. Torino and Chief Accounting Officer in several Italian and international companies including Ferrari S.p.A. (CFA and Treasury Officer) and Telekom Austria AG. He has taken an active part to the listing of Ferrari NV and Telekom Austria on the New York Stock Exchange.
