On 8 September 2017 EVZ issued 43,165,467 fully paid ordinary shares pursuant to shareholder approval of a debt to equity conversion by the directors of the Company. The issue of these shares means that the holding in EVZ by Tiga Trading Pty Ltd has been diluted.
