EVZ CHAIRMAN EQUITY DIVESTMENT

EVZ advises that Non-Executive Chairman Graham Burns has sold 5.0 million ordinary shares in the Company by way of an on-market trade.

Mr Burns has been a shareholder and Non-Executive Director of EVZ since 2008 and was appointed Non-Executive Chairman in 2016. Since joining the Company, Mr Burns has maintained a substantial personal investment in EVZ and has participated in all equity raisings undertaken by the Company.

The shares sold represent approximately 4.1% of EVZ's issued ordinary shares and approximately 38% of Mr Burns' holding prior to the sale. Following completion of the transaction, Mr Burns retains approximately 7.3 million ordinary shares, representing approximately 6.0% of the Company's issued capital.

The transaction is expected to enhance liquidity in EVZ shares and facilitate the introduction of additional institutional and sophisticated investors to the Company's share register.

This is the first sale of EVZ shares undertaken by Mr Burns since his appointment to the Board in 2008. The transaction was completed following receipt of the necessary approval in accordance with the Company's Share Trading Policy.

Mr Burns stated:

"I remain a significant shareholder in EVZ and fully committed to my role as Non-Executive Chairman. I continue to be very positive about the Company's future prospects and remain focused on supporting the Board and management in delivering the Company's growth strategy for the benefit of all shareholders."
