EARNINGS GUIDANCE

FINANCIAL YEAR 2026

EVZ Limited (ASX: EVZ) is pleased to provide guidance regarding the financial results of the Company for the full year ending 30 June 2026.

This guidance is based on the earnings from work delivered year-to-date, together with the Company's forward forecast of earnings from current works in progress expected to be completed by the end of the financial year.

EVZ's full year revenue is expected to be in the range of $120 million to $125 million, delivering a forecast EBITDA in the range of $8.5 million to $9.0 million.

For comparison, the Company in the first half of FY26 reported revenue of $63 million and EBITDA of $4.4 million and in the full year FY25 reported revenue of $108 million and EBITDA of $5.3 million.

This financial performance demonstrates improved profit margins, reflecting the continued benefits of operational improvements implemented across the Group's businesses.

The guidance is based on preliminary unaudited financials and forecasts. The final audited full year results are expected to be released to the ASX in the week commencing 24 August 2026.
