NEW CONTRACT APPOINTMENT – BROCKMAN
Brockman Engineering Pty Ltd has been issued with a letter of intent pursuant to which Brockman will perform Early Works in anticipation of the new Crude Tank Project at Mobil’s Altona Refinery ("Project").
If approved, the Project will improve the efficiency of ExxonMobil’s local refining and supply operations.
The Early Works includes the preparation of the design documentation of the crude tank, tank foundation and associated civil works.
The value of the initial design contract is circa $0.5M with Early Works set to commence during May 2018. If the project proceeds into construction phase pending funding approval the value of the contract is anticipated to be circa $27M. Revenue from this contract will be accretive during FY2019 and first half of FY2020.
EVZ Limited will update the market if issued with a notice to proceed to the construction phase.
