EVZ successfully completes Entitlement Offer

EVZ Limited ACN 010 550 357 (“the Company ”) is pleased to announce the successful completion of its 20 for 11 renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer ( Entitlement Offer ) announced on 11 May 2017, which closed on Tuesday, 30 May 2017.
The Entitlement Offer was fully underwritten by Blue Ocean Equities Pty Limited ( Underwriter ).
EVZ received valid applications from Eligible Shareholders and purchasers of entitlements under the Entitlement Offer for 208,866,725 fully paid ordinary shares ( New Shares ), which raised gross proceeds of approximately $2,088,667 at the offer price of $0.01 per New Share.
Accordingly, a total of 229,075,598 New Shares, representing approximately $2,290,756 will be allotted to, or at the direction of, the Underwriter.
New Shares are expected to be issued on Tuesday, 6 June 2017 and commence trading on a normal settlement basis on Wednesday, 7 June 2017. Holding statements are expected to be dispatched on Thursday, 8 June 2017.
