Market Update
EVZ (ASX: EVZ) advises that is has finalised an extension of its existing banking facilities with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia to 31 January 2016.
This extension will provide an appropriate time period to conclude the restructuring of existing banking facilities.
Given this restructuring has not been concluded, EVZ is not in a position to finalise and lodge its 2015 Annual Report by 30 September 2015. As such the EVZ shares will be suspended from trading on the ASX until such time as the Annual Report is lodged.
Directors are working towards a resolution to the restructuring of existing banking facilities and shareholders will continue to be advised of this progress through the ASX announcement platform.
