Dear Sir/Madam
EVZ satisfies bank covenant
The Directors are pleased to advise that the company has met its bank covenant, as stipulated by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, for the quarter ended 30 September 2010.
Given that the bank covenant has been satisfied at 30 September 2010 and continues to be satisfied, the maturity of outstanding bank loans remains in accordance with the original loan agreements executed.
Whilst all bank loans were required to be disclosed as current payables in the 30 June 2010 Annual Report, this continued achievement of the company’s bank covenant coupled with the original maturity of bank loans means the working capital of the Company at 30 June 2010 would be amended to $9,991,584. This level is consistent with historical working capital levels in EVZ.
The Directors look forward to presenting to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting information on the improved performance of EVZ in the first quarter of the current financial year. A copy of this presentation will be made available via the ASX website prior to the commencement of the Annual General Meeting.
Yours sincerely,
