Changes to Directors
EVZ Limited (ASX: EVZ) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Ian Luck to its Board of Directors. Mr Luck was appointed as a Non-Executive Director effective from 3 July 2017.
Mr Luck has significant experience in the Engineering and Construction Sector. Ian has 40 years’ experience in business leadership in Australia. His career features a balanced blend of complex business leadership, strategy and governance roles that focus on creating high performing teams to deliver outstanding growth and profitability. He currently is a Non-Executive Director of McConnell Dowell (an Australian design and construction group). Previously he has been the Managing Director of Baulderstone and a key manager in Leighton Contractors.
Mr Max Findlay has tended his resignation as a Director of EVZ Limited effective 3 July 2017. Mr Findlay has been on the EVZ Board of Directors since 2008, serving as Chairman until July 2016. Mr Findlay has been a significant contributor and driving force during his tenure and the Group and Board of Directors wish to record their appreciation for his leadership, governance and efforts. Mr Findlay leaves the EVZ Board of Directors to pursue other personal goals.
