Resignation of a Director

EVZ (ASX: EVZ) advises that Ms Raelene Murphy has resigned as a Director of the Company effective 4 March 2016.

Ms Murphy joined the EVZ Board in September 2012, following an interim CEO position with the EVZ Group during the restructuring that occurred with the divestment of the National Engineering business. She was instrumental in achieving a new refinancing package at that time for the EVZ Group and has been a valuable contributor to the Board since her appointment.

Ms Murphy now holds a number of directorships on various listed entities and is constrained with the time she is able devote to EVZ.

The Board thanks Ms Murphy for her contribution to the EVZ Group and wish her every success in her other ventures.

The Directors continue to work with all stakeholders towards a resolution on a number of issues, which will enable the company to submit its FY 15 full year and FY 16 first half accounts. The Directors expect to be able to provide more information including an announcement regarding the restructuring of the companies banking facilities in the short term.
