Appointment of a New Chairman
As previously advised to the market EVZ (ASX: EVZ) now confirms that Mr Graham Burns, currently a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as the Chairman of EVZ Limited effective immediately.
Mr Burns replaces Mr Findlay in the role and will lead the Group going forward.
Mr Findlay, who retires as Chairman due to other ongoing commitments, will remain on the EVZ Limited Board as a Non-Executive Director.
