Director Appointment
The Board are pleased to announce the appointment of Raelene Murphy as a Director of EVZ.
Raelene has acted as the Interim CEO for EVZ since 10 February 2012 and until the commencement of Scott Farthing, as Group CEO, on 24 September 2012. During that time she has been largely responsible for the expansion of EVZ’s recently announced Energy strategy.
Raelene is an Executive Director of 333 Management, a consultancy specialising in the provision of management capability for operational, strategic and financial advice. Her background is in managing diverse groups and financial and operational performance improvement, both as an advisor and in CEO and CFO roles across a number of industry sectors, including building and construction and in the private and public arena.
Most recently in her role as CEO of the Delta Group, she led the group over a six year period of considerable growth, acquisition and consolidation to be nationally one of the largest privately owned diversified civil construction and recycling groups.
Her previous public company roles include being Interim CEO and Director of Child Care Centres Australia. Her previous advisory career has been with PWC and as a Partner at Horwath, a national accounting firm.
Raelene will commence her appointment on 28 September 2012.
