EVZ Director Appointment

The Board of EVZ Limited (ASX: EVZ) has today appointed Mr Robert Edgley as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Mr Edgley has in excess of twenty years of international finance experience in Australia, the UK and Asia.

From 1989 to 2004, Mr Edgley held various senior positions with National Westminster Bank and then at the Royal Bank of Scotland, after its takeover of National Westminster Bank. He was also a director of the Royal Bank of Scotland Australia Pty Ltd.

Since 2005 Mr Edgley has been a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Praemium Limited, and Chairs its Audit and Remuneration Committees.

Mr Edgley’s qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Monash University) together with a second degree in Japanese language.

Mr Edgley’s skills in strategic planning, performance management and marketing, and his proven ability in building a business, will be very valuable to EVZ as it continues to grow its operations.

The requisite Appendix 3X “Initial Director’s Interest Notice” for Mr Edgley will follow.
