Appointment of a Director

The Directors of Envirozel Limited (ASX: EVZ) are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Graham Burns to the Board of Directors of EVZ.

Mr Burns, as an Independent Director appointment will further enhance the Corporate Governance ethos of the EVZ Group. With his appointment, the Board of Directors of EVZ will total five, of which four are Independent Directors.

Mr Burns who is based in New South Wales has extensive managerial skills and experience in the property, retail and manufacturing sectors. He is currently the Chief Executive of Hunter Land which is the largest industrial developer in the Hunter Region of New South Wales.

Speaking of the appointment of Mr Burns, Executive Chairman, Mr Gordon McKern stated:

“The previously Victorian based EVZ group has over the past twelve months expanded geographically into New South Wales and Queensland following:

• The acquisition of National Engineering, based in Young, New South Wales

• The acquisition of TSF Engineering, based in Sydney

• The recent opening of a Syfon Systems office in Queensland.

The Directors of EVZ believe the appointment of a New South Wales Director will provide further support for this geographical expansion.

It confirms EVZ’s commitment to growth nationally”.

Mr McKern continued:

“Graham Burns is a strategic Board appointment. His depth of managerial experience, professionalism and enthusiasm will greatly assist with the controlled expansion of the EVZ Group.

His “local” presence will greatly benefit management at both National Engineering and at TSF Engineering where he will provide direct advisory support”.

Mr Burns’ appointment is effective 1 February 2008
