Resignation of a Director

The Board of Envirozel Limited (ASX: EVZ) wish to advise that Mr Charles Geoffrey Coleman will resign as a Director of EVZ, effective from 31[st] May 2008.

Mr Coleman, aged 70 years, has been a Non-Executive Director of EVZ since 3[rd] August 2004 and has been an invaluable contributor in the progression of EVZ from a loss making company to an ongoing profitable operation.

In commenting on Mr Coleman’s resignation, Chairman Mr Gordon McKern stated:

“Mr Coleman had previously indicated that he may not seek re-election as a Director at the next Annual General Meeting, where he would have been available for re-election under the Company’s Constitution.

With the recent appointments of the well credentialed Directors; Mr Max Findlay and Mr Graham Burns, Mr Coleman now believes the EVZ Group is well positioned to continue on the path of increased profitability.

Mr Coleman is held in high regard, both as a person and a Director of EVZ and his action in stepping down only when his position as a Director of EVZ could be appropriately covered is a reflection of his strong principles and integrity”.

Mr McKern continued:

“The Directors and staff of EVZ wish to thank Mr Coleman for his diligence and commitment to the Group and wish him every success for the future”
