The Management Board of ENERGA SA hereby reports preliminary estimatesof selected financial and operational data for Q3 and 9M 2018.

Financial and operational data for Q3 2018:

EBITDA of the Group: PLN 426 million, including:

EBITDA of the Distribution Segment: PLN 374 million,

EBITDA of the Generation Segment: PLN 66 million,

EBITDA of the Sales Segment: PLN -7 million.

Gross production of electricity: 963 GWh.

Distribution of electricity: 5,487 GWh.

Sales of electricity (retail): 4,752 GWh.

Financial and operational data for 9M 2018:

EBITDA of the Group: PLN 1,587 million, including:

EBITDA of the Distribution Segment: PLN 1,364 million,

EBITDA of the Generation Segment: PLN 234 million,

EBITDA of the Sales Segment: PLN 50 million.

Gross production of electricity: 2,851 GWh.

Distribution of electricity: 16,927 GWh.

Sales of electricity (retail): 14,751 GWh.
