Subject: Estimated financial results for Q4 2016 of Energa Group

The Management Board of ENERGA SA hereby reports preliminary estimatesof selected financial and operational data for Q4 2016 and 2016.

Financial and operational data for Q4 2016:

EBITDA of the Group: PLN 502 million, including:

EBITDA of the Distribution Segment: PLN 412 million,

EBITDA of the Generation Segment: PLN 122 million,

EBITDA of the Sales Segment: PLN -19 million.

Gross production of electricity: 1 233 GWh.

Distribution of electricity: 5 442 GWh.

Sales of electricity (retail): 5 262 GWh.

Financial and operational data for 2016:

EBITDA of the Group: PLN 2 031 million, including:

EBITDA of the Distribution Segment: PLN 1 722 million,

EBITDA of the Generation Segment: PLN 317 million,

EBITDA of the Sales Segment: PLN 44 million.

Gross production of electricity: 3 947 GWh.

Distribution of electricity: 21 727 GWh.

Sales of electricity (retail): 19 628 GWh.

The presented values are estimates and as such are subject to change.The negative EBITDA of the Sales Segment was caused by the adverseeffect of non-recurring non-cash events of PLN -44 m (recognition ofprovisions for the pending administrative and court proceedings).

According to Current Report No. 15/2016 of 18 April 2016, EBITDA isdefined as operating profit plus depreciation and amortization andimpairment losses for non-financial non-current assets.
